avlbl ("we", "our", "us") provides a WhatsApp Business messaging panel at https://waba.avlbl.in. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, we store your WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, and access token so we can send messages and manage templates on your behalf via the Meta Graph API.

We log the content and metadata of messages you send and receive through the platform (recipient/sender numbers, message type, message body, delivery status) so you can view your send history and inbox.

How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to operate the panel: authenticating your account, sending messages and creating templates via the WhatsApp Business Platform on your instruction, and displaying delivery status and inbound replies to you.

How We Share Information

We share message data with Meta / WhatsApp as required to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third party.

Data Retention

We retain account and message data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never displayed in full after being saved. All traffic to this site is encrypted via HTTPS.

Your Choices

You may update or remove your WhatsApp Business Account credentials at any time from your Settings page. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
